(NORTH FRONTENAC TWP, ON) - On May 9, 2020 at approximately 7:30 a.m. officers of the Lennox and Addington (L&A) County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 506 in North Frontenac TWP.&nb sp;
As a result of the investigation L&A County OPP have charged Marrisa Lee SMITH, age 27, of Kington, contrary to the Criminal Code with:
Operating a motor vehicle while impaired; and
Operating a motor vehicle while over legal blood alcohol limit
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on July 7, 2020. The accused person's licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
