Clarendon and Miller Community Archives have begun a new phase of research. You will recall the Memories of General Stores that was presented in May for their 10th Anniversary. By May 2017 the committee hopes to have research completed on local lodges and housekeeping cottages of North Frontenac (present and historical). Some lakes with only two or three have already been noted. CMCA needs help to identify those on Big Gull Lake and Kashawakamak Lake. We are confident that readers will recall many. If you have photos, names of lodges/housekeeping cottages or the names of people to contact, CMCA would sure appreciate a call or e-mail.
