of Murvale, ON, passed away peacefully on April 1, at age 85. Bill was born in Napanee, and worked as an insurance adjuster in the Kingston area for many years. He loved the outdoors, and was a lifelong fisherman and hunter, enjoying many trips out on the Bay of Quinte with his son Mike. In his retirement, he took up target shooting and archery. He made friends everywhere he went, with his infectious smile and his hearty laugh.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Norma (Bishop); his children, Bill (Megan Baxter) and Michael; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mikayla, and Michael. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Georgie (Scott), and his grandmother Mimi (Furnival).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kingston & District Trap Skeet and Sporting Clays Club.
