June passed away peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Long Term Care Home in Napanee on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at age 92. Beloved wife of the late Tom Hughes and loving mother of Heather (David) and grandmother of Thomas (Alexandra), Elizabeth (Russell), Alexander (Rachel) and Lily (Lincoln) and great-grandmother of Wesley. Sister of Clare Steele (Marg) and the late Reta, John, Boyce, Donald, Ralph and Winnifred. The family will receive friends at the Hannah Funeral Home, in Tamworth on Friday, May 22 from 10:00 a.m., with Service at 12 noon, followed by Reception. Interment Arden Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Arden United Church would be appreciated by the family.
