On May 22, 2020 shortly after 5:00 p.m. an officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the Holmes Road and Latimer Road area due to traffic complaints. The officer stopped a motor vehicle and spoke with the driver. 

As a result of the investigation, Michael HESKA, a 57 year old from South Frontenac Ontario was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The accused's driver's licence was suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released on an undertaking to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston at a later date to answer to the charge.      

On May 22, 2020 shortly after 7:00 p.m. an officer was conducting traffic enforcement on Sydenham Road near Eddy Lane in South Frontenac Township. The officer stopped a motor vehicle travelling at 65 kilometers over the posted speed limit. The 19 year old driver from Glenburnie Ontario was charged with stunt driving and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

(CENTRAL FRONTENAC, ON) On May 23, 2020 shortly before 2:30 p.m. an officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Gordon Crescent in Central Frontenac Township. The officer stopped a motorcycle and as a result of the investigation the 55 year old driver was charged with two counts of drive while suspended and one count of no insurance and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

(SOUTH FRONTENAC, ON) On May 24, 2020 shortly before 2:00 a.m. an officer stopped a motor vehicle as a result of a traffic complaint in Harrowsmith in South Frontenac Township. As a result of the investigation, Scott KLEMENTI, a 50 year old from Kingston, Ontario was charged with driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood. The accused's dri ver's license was suspended for 90 days and the vehic le towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released on an undertaking to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston at a later date to answer to the charge.

On May 24, 2020 shortly after 5:30 p.m. an office stopped a motor vehicle was a result of a traffic complaint. The vehicle was located on Quinn Road in South Frontenac Township. As a result of the investigation, Joshua TODD, a 34 year old from Harrowsmith, Ontario was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and having over 80 millilitres of alcohol in the blood. 

The accused's driver's licence was suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released on an undertaking to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston at a later date to answer t o the charge.
