Truth And Reconciliation In Sharbot Lake

Marcie Webster, Chief Doreen Davis, Connie Deroneth and Jacqui Salmond of the Shabot Obaadjiwan First Nation Council and Staff were at Sharbot Lake beach on Tuesday (September 30) to mark National Truth and Reconciliation Day.

They were selling orange shirt day t-shirts and flags with Every Child Matters messaging, as well as hats, sage and tobacco for smudging . All proceeds from sales went to the North and Central Frontenac Food Bank.
