The Storrington Lions Club has long been a pillar of generosity and community spirit and this year has been no exception. With a mission rooted in service, compassion, and local impact, the Club continues to raise vital funds that support a wide range of charities and community initiatives throughout the region.
Through events such as community breakfasts, raffles, bottle drives, and seasonal fundraisers, the Storrington Lions work tirelessly to bring residents together while generating support for those who need it most. Money raised goes directly back into the community—supporting local families, youth programs, healthcare initiatives, food security efforts, and emergency assistance services. So far this year we have raised over $50,000.00!!!!
We are incredibly grateful for the way our community shows up time and again. Every contribution, big or small, helps us extend our reach and offer meaningful support to people and organizations that make a real difference.
The Lions’ efforts have funded an impressive range of causes, including vision and hearing programs, mental health support services, school breakfast programs, seniors’ assistance, local sports teams, The Child Life Program at KGH and regional charities that assist children and families facing hardship. In addition, the Club continues to provide hands-on volunteer support—whether it’s helping at community events, offering aid during emergencies, or stepping in wherever a need arises.
As the Storrington Lions Club looks ahead their commitment remains steadfast: to serve with heart, uplift others and foster a community where support is always within reach. We would like to extend our thanks to all residents, partners, and volunteers who help make our work possible.
