100 Anniversary Of The Sharbot Lake United Church

January 18, 2026 will be the celebration of the opening of the church. It was built in 1926 to replace the old Methodist Church which was on the hill across the road from the Medical Centre.

We invite all our friends and families who have been married in the church, sang in the choirs, UCW members, Sunday School or the youth groups or just would like to be a part of the church history.

The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will have two special “guests” from 100 years ago. Come and learn about some of the history that has made our church such a special place for so many years. Join us after the service for coffee and cake. For more information please contact Dianne Lake 613-279-2991.
