Sprucing up the Place

Members of the Central Frontenac Railway Heritage Society held a work bee on Monday at Railway Park in Sharbot Lake. They are also waiting expectantly for the arrival of a new heritage caboose, which is being shipped from Barries Bay.

“It will come partly disassembled, on two transport trucks,” said Gary Giller, who is the point person for the delivery. “Along with a crane to put it back together and on the tracks.”
