A Safer Ontario

I totally agree with Virginia Walker's letter regarding the provincial government's very expensive ads re "A Safer Ontario". That money could be more logically spent to help those without homes by providing shelter, counselling and therapy. Putting them in the new jails (another waste of our tax money) is just cruelly throwing money at a problem instead of helping them get out of that situation. The province should spend our money more intelligently.
