Temporary Disruption To Pedestrian Access at Brass Point Bridge on September 17

Parks Canada advises residents and visitors that temporary pedestrian crossing at Brass Point Bridge will be unavailable on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 7 a.m. until the work is completed that day. The temporary closure is required to support ongoing construction activities associated with the Brass Point Bridge replacement project. During this time, pedestrians will not be able to cross the bridge. Navigation will not be affected.

Parks Canada appreciates the patience and understanding of residents, businesses and visitors as this important infrastructure project moves forward.
