Storrington Lions Meat Draw Sold Out In Under Two Weeks!

The draw has been completed, and we are thrilled to announce that our lucky winner is none other than Sarah Purvis!

Sarah stopped by the hall during our Saturday morning Farmer’s Market to have her picture taken with her winnings. When asked about the phone call telling her she had won, Sarah said she was in shock that she actually won!

Her husband, Bill, who is with South Frontenac Fire, accompanied her on Saturday. When asked if he wanted to join the photo, Bill’s response was:

"Let Sarah have the spotlight — she purchased the ticket!"

Well, Sarah, we have a feeling we know where some of the good backyard BBQs will be happening this fall!

Congratulations, Sarah! We hope you enjoy your prize!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who purchased a ticket and supported the Storrington Lions. Your support makes it possible for us to continue giving back to our community. Funds raised through our events help support community needs and the upkeep of the Storrington Lions Hall.

Stay tuned for our next contest!
