It’s looking like an unforgettable evening of music, and connection, as award-winning singer-songwriter Jenny Whiteley and renowned guitarist/mandolinist Joey Wright perform live, in an intimate concert at Belong restaurant in Sharbot Lake, just minutes from their home in Elphin.
On Friday, November 29, come experience the warmth and good humour of these two exceptional song writers, who just happened to be married to each other.
They each have solo recording careers, Jenny receiving two Juno awards and Joey, Juno nominations. They will perform music from their own catalogues, as well as music they have worked on together over the years.
Together, they create a magical atmosphere, weaving stories and songs that range from roots and folk to bluegrass.
The concert is the third collaboration between the Frontenac Folk Society and Belong, Sharbot Lake.
This is a rare chance to enjoy these two acclaimed musicians up close, as they share not only their talent but also the spirit of their music.
Make it a night to remember with a delicious meal at Belong, known for its welcoming ambiance and locally inspired cuisine. Limited seating ensures an intimate experience, so book early.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite for $30 plus fees, and the concert will begin at 8pm. For dinner reservations before the show, contact Belong directly at 613-279-8646. For information, email Port This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
