Driver Fails To Remain At Scene Of Collision
(Harrowsmith, ON) - Frontenac detachment (OPP) officers responded to a vehicle collision just after 8:00 pm on July 15, 2024 in the area of Colebrook Road in Harrowsmith. The driver was operating a black Ford F-150 truck that lost control, making a right turn, and struck a wooden fence and stop sign at Robinson Road intersection. The unidentified driver reversed and fled the area.
Frontenac officers continue to investigate and are asking the public for any information, witness accounts, video or doorbell camera footage of the vehicle involved.
A black Ford F-150, with tinted windows went south on Robinson Road and continued south on Road 38 toward the City of Kingston. There will be a significant amount of damage to the front of the vehicle and driver's side. There is no description of the driver.

Golf Cart Rollover Results In Fatality
(Ardoch, ON) - Frontenac OPP members responded to a single vehicle rollover of a golf cart.
On July 09, 2024, just after 6:30 pm, officers responded to an incident where a passerby found a golf cart rolled over in the ditch, with the driver trapped underneath it. The vehicle was travelling along Ardoch Road and ended up off the highway, near Canoe Path, in Ardoch.
North Frontenac Fire Service assisted officers to free the driver from the vehicle. The highway was closed for approximately three hours. Frontenac OPP, with the assistance of the Coroners Office of Ontario, continue to investigate the cause of this collision.
A 44-year-old male, from Apsley, was fatally injured as a result.
