Volunteers are once again preparing for the 2025 Maple Syrup Festival which is one of the annual events in The Perth Road Sunday School calendar since 1987. This year it will take place on Saturday, April 5th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Perth Road Sunday School Hall in Perth Road Crescent. Come and begin your day with a breakfast of pancakes and sausages with maple syrup and strawberries, and enjoy a family day with children’s games, face painting, tattoos, sucker pole, and fish pond… one of the favourites is learning how to juggle, plus other juggling activities.
You might like to visit the famous Votary Sugar House across the road and discover how Maple Syrup is produced. You can also purchase ‘Home Baked’ goods and Maple Syrup available in the Sunday School Hall.
The cost is: Adults $12, children $5, 3 years and under eat free.
