The official opening of the new Plevna branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library takes place today, February 18 at 2:00 pm, but the branch has been up and running since last Tuesday. On February 12 the grade 6-8 class at Clarendon Central took the opportunity to tour the new branch and update their cards. Most of them took out materials from the branch, or ordered materials from other branches using one of the four computers that are available at the branch. The students and some community members who dropped in as well were pleased to have improved service in Plevna after two years.
