(NAPANEE, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged a Verona resident with sexual offences including possession of child pornography.
On June 4, 2024, members of the Lennox and Addington (L&A) Detachment were advised of an investigation into historic sexual offences that had been initiated by Kingston Police. Investigators from the L&A Crime Unit assumed the investigation.
On October 17, 2024, James TULLOCH, age 54 from Verona, was arrested and has been charged with:
- Voyeurism
- Possession of child pornography
- Luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication
- Makes, prints, publishes or possesses for the purpose of publication any child pornography
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee at a later date.
