It is Oktoberfest at Myers Cave Resort! It is the fall season with the hues of leaves are turning red and yellow, Marble Lake is glimmering with the colorful reflections, and the breeze is just right. Tents will be set up with blue checkered table covers, a variety of bands from Bavarian, to Celtic, Modern and Latino, will play every afternoon, and let us not forget the aromas of locally crafted beer and freshly baked pretzels that will be served.
Dance your heart out, or just enjoy your beer with friends. Take photos wearing traditional Bavarian outfits with backgrounds of cobbled routes of villages far away. Take part in games and maybe win a grand prize. Transport yourself for a few hours over the last two weekends in Sept to the world of Bretzel and Wurst. Raise your glasses with a Prost.
As part of the Open Farms of Frontenac County, we are partnering with local food crafters: Kick & Push Brewery, County Bounty Soda, David & Sons Fine Condiments,
Seed to Sausage, Goods & Grains, The Red Barn Zone
Our bands have a mix of genres: Good to Go – Sept 21 The Marion Dexler Band – Sept 22 Seventh Town – Sept 28 The Reasons – Sept 29
